Here we are! It’s officially the holiday season! And do you know what that means? I’m taking some time off of stepping on the scale. Now, let’s get it straight… I’m still diary free, so there’s an easy weight loss setting to emerge myself in. I’m still breastfeeding, so it’s more healthier options for food rather than actually dieting. I’ve got those two things going for me!
For this Mama, the holidays are all about enjoying life, family, traditions and food! While I’m relearning how to eat what I love and finding healthier ways to do so, I’ll still openly splurge on a slice of pumpkin pie, for example. I’d be miserable if I didn’t allow myself to enjoy that part of the holidays. I’m on a mission to watch how much I eat, in addition to what I eat. If I can eat two peanut butter balls vs the usual dozen
and dozens, then I’m winning!
Allow yourself to indulge on the sweet side of the holidays.
Here are my weekly stats…
Total weight loss desired: 45 lbs
Weight loss since delivery (13 weeks ago): 28 lbs
Pounds to go: 17 lbs
What is your holiday treat weakness? Do you think you can hold back on the quantity of your temptation?
Love this line… “If I can eat two peanut butter balls vs the usual dozen and dozens, then I’m winning!”
