Expert Panel::
We are fortunate to have four professionals from our community sitting down to answer any and all questions you may have about the health and wellness for you, your family and/or children.
Dr. Shon DiGuglielmo: Dr. Shon DiGuglielmo is a Pediatric Dentist at Timberlane Dental Group. He received a B.S. in Biology from Florida State University in 2001, graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2006, and received a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2008. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is licensed for conscious sedation. Dr. DiGugielmo is originally from Dobbs Ferry, New York.
Dr. Greta Hanson, M.D., FACOG: Dr. Hanson went to New York Medical College and came to University of Vermont for her residency after learning obstetricians here still liked the practice of obstetrics. She has been with Affiliates in OB/GYN since 2008. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow with the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Clinical Instructor at UVM Medical School teaching both medical students and residents. She enjoys the range of services she is able to provide to women of all ages as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist.
Alice Norris, RN, IBCLC: Alice’s mission is to help babies enter into the world in a calm and peaceful way, and then to help them bloom by providing families with breastfeeding support and education. She has been working with mothers and babies for over 15 years as a maternal child health nurse, lactation consultant and certified HypnoBirthing instructor. The services that she offers through Blooming Babies are in-home lactation consultations, breast pumps, breastfeeding classes, and HypnoBirthing childbirth education.
Dr. Matt Rushford: Dr. Matt Rushford is a pediatric and perinatal chiropractor with Rushford Family Chiropractic. He has 25 years of clinical experience in his field, is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and operates one of the few free-standing chiropractic centers exclusively dedicated to pediatric and perinatal care. He is also a faculty member at Community College of Vermont, where he teaches Anatomy and Physiology; and Johnson State College, where he lectures and teaches courses for Wellness and Alternative Medicine degree students.
