Stowe Oktoberfest

Held in Stowe’s Jackson’s Area, the Annual Oktoberfest is a Bavarian festival that has fun for all ages. From oompah bands to authentic German foods, pumpkin and face painting and even a kinderplatz for kids with a Jumping house and face painting.

Grand Parade

  • Saturday at 10:00am
  • Mountain Rd. & Main St. Stowe

Join celebrity grand marshals and special guests at the Grand Parade to officially open Oktoberfest 2012. The parade will include marching bands, floats representing local clubs, organizations and companies, dignitaries, classic cars and a few surprises.

Cost: Adults $10 | Kids 9-20 $5 |Children under age 9 are free with paid family member

Champlain Mini Maker Faire

The third-annual Champlain Mini Maker Faire will be a two-day event featuring dozens of Makers and the new ChampBot Challenge. A Maker Faire brings together families and individuals to celebrate the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) mindset and showcase all kinds of incredible projects. At the Champlain Mini Maker Faire, you’ll find arts and crafts, science and engineering, food and music, and more. What makes this event special is that all these interesting projects and smart, creative people come together. They are actively and openly creating a maker culture.

Sam Mazza’s Harvest Festival

When the leaves start turning everyone at Mazza’s celebrates fall and the wonderful experiences that this season brings by holding their annual Fall Festival. It is a great family experience. The festival offers lots of on-grounds entertainment. Take a Hay Ride to the Pumpkin Fields to Pick Your Own. Enjoy Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Donuts, Pumpkin Fudge, our own Apple Pies & Cider. Children will enjoy Pony Rides, Petting Zoo, Face Painting, Fall Games & the famous Corn Maze. WVMT Radio Personality Charlie Papillo is Master of Ceremonies all day.
