Vermont is hiding incredible Instagrammers. In the mountains, by the lake, down the street. Do you scroll? Me too. Sure, there’s a downside to being phone-obsessed. However, I think staying in touch with friends, making connections with like-minded people and being inspired makes my infatuation with Instagram semi-reasonable. I hope. Instagram is also a way I connect and exchange ideas with individuals who are interested in minimalism and low-waste living, like me.
There are many creative and incredible people on Instagram in this state and I’m focusing this post on moms. Perhaps a follow-up will be in order! Let’s fill your feed with cool, inspirational and fun Vermont Instagram moms. Here are a few of my favorites that I love to follow.
Please show some <3 for your Moms Blog team, too, listed at the bottom of this post. We have some amazing people on our team if I do say so myself.
@Maggiesbrightside
There’s no better place to start this list. Live on the bright side with Maggie’s daily doses of truth, heartache, inspiration, and stories as a mom living with stage four breast cancer. A former BVTMB contributing writer, anyone who knows Maggie is constantly in awe of her passion, creativity, and capacity for love and light.
@SugarhouseWorkshop
Beautiful photographs of handmade and charming… everything. If naturally dyed quilts and wildflowers excite you, you’ll be enthralled when you immerse yourself in Jessica’s world.
@Healthyseasonal
Katie Webster knows food. She knows how to make food look good. And she literally wrote the book on using maple syrups in recipes. What’s not to love?
@Longestacresfarm
Get swept up in stunning landscapes, lots of snuggly animals and the occasional yurt sighting. Vermont at it’s finest. Accessible, yet decidedly magical at the same time.
Jane Lindholm
One of our favorite voices on Vermont Public Radio, Jane’s account documents personal and professional travels alongside expectedly journalistic captions.
@Conscioushomestead
I’m ever-inspired by Candace’s homestead on her property in Winooski and her dedication to yoga, social justice, and teaching others. Many of you may have been in one of her cooking or yoga classes!
Emily Blistein
Owner of one of my favorite gift shops and champion for caregivers, Emily’s account is a visual treat. Her perspective is inspiring – both when it comes to pretty home goods and appreciation for parenthood.
@Little_miss_taco_
A delightful mix of food, fashion, humor, and parenting. Check out Clarina’s recent pics from Italy and try not to drool.
Lindsey Pemberton
Life imitates art on Lindsey’s stunning feed. Your eyes will play tricks as you figure out which images are from her own backyard and which are painted with her whimsical brush.
@DreamALittleDreamVT
Stop here for all things fashion. You’ll be ready for #momlife with her tried-and-tested style advice. Many of our writers follow this account for outfit inspiration.
@redhousevt
Stylish, stylish and more stylish. Big lifestyle inspiration is packed into tiny squares on this feed. While the company is a husband-and-wife collaboration, Britt is a mom and powerhouse maker behind the brand. Also, follow to be introduced to other entrepreneurs and creatives in the area.
@Matryoshkasbakery
You don’t have to be a baker or even like cookies or cake to appreciate the talent of local mom, Maryam. Her cakes and macarons are legendary in the area and taste as good as they look.
More to love… Our BVTMB team:

Let’s keep building each other up and expanding our on- and off-line community of Vermont Instagram moms!
Great suggestions for other Instagramming Moms. Can’t wait to go and follow some!
What a wonderful list, my IG feed is now properly enhanced.
PS – the link for @concioushomestead doesn’t appear to be working, and I’d love to follow this feed.
