March 4- Moms For Moms Day
Haven’t heard of it?? Well, it’s something that we, as a blog team, are super excited about! It is an attempt to end the mommy wars that are, unfortunately, so prevalent amongst the momma community.
This initiative has been put together by The Bump and CT Working Moms. The vision behind Moms For Moms Day is…
The journey to motherhood is flooded with decisions (from the type of diapers you’ll buy, to the ways you’ll feed your infant, to the sleep-training methods you’ll subscribe to) and our goal is to support, encourage and stand behind each and every mother’s choices — and Moms for Moms Day is our way of putting an end to the judgments that moms make toward one another.
You can read more about the day and how you can get involved here.
We here at BVTMB LOVE this idea and want to do whatever we can to support this initiative. From the beginning, we have desired to foster a community for moms that supports ALL moms no matter what their parenting choices may look like. So we are jumping on board!

[typography font=”Cantarell” size=”18″ size_format=”px”]Send us your pictures! [/typography]
Snap a picture holding your sign sharing messages of love and support and send it to us at [email protected]. Take a picture with just yourself or grab a girlfriend or two and snap away!
The Bump has made it super simple- no having to make your own sign! Check out their free printable templates. Super simple!
We will compile all the pictures into a photo gallery that will be part of our Moms For Moms blog post on March 4 (similar to our Body After Babies photo gallery) and be sharing them via social media throughout the day!
So let’s unite and “love more and judge less”!
So fun – thanks for promoting this!
Awesome! So glad you all will be participating! Just a note though that it’s not just about sharing mommy truths, it’s also about sharing messages of love and support for other moms. Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with!
Thanks Michelle! Updated the post to reflect that. We are excited to participate!
