Kid’s Eat Free at Boloco!

It’s Monday.  You’re probably coming off a wonderful weekend with the family and now need to settle back into your weekly routine.  That includes cooking a healthy dinner for your family for the next 5 nights…straight.  That thought alone, at the beginning of the week, is enough to depress me.  I love to cook but the monotony of it, and yes, even the necessity of it, does little to spark any passion within me.

If you, like me, need a night off from cooking for the kiddos then may I suggest Boloco on Church Street.  Tuesday nights, yep that’s tomorrow night, are Kid’s Eat Free at Boloco

If you haven’t tried them yet, they serve up delicious globally inspired burritos.  You can read my previous posts about them here and here.  But back to Kid’s Eat Free…

A kid’s meal consists of an assortment of kid friendly burritos, such as chicken & cheese, steak & cheese, rice & beans & cheese, and just plain cheese.  Kids can choose from a side of either Vermont made applesauce, steamed broccoli, tortilla chips, or a cookie.  Beverage is also included and the selections are organic milk or chocolate milk, apple juice, or fountain beverage.

Couple of rules though…

  1.  In order to receive the kid’s meal free an adult meal must be purchased.  Kids may eat free, but more importantly families eat together!
  2. Kids must order only from the kid’s menu.

Now, although Kid’s Eat Free at Boloco EVERY Tuesday night from 4pm – 8pm…if you follow them on Facebook or Twitter you’ll also be able to stay up to date on events and specials that they frequently run.  So if you’d like a night off in the kitchen, head on over to Boloco and let them feed your kids.  And tell them that BurlingtonVT Moms Blog sent you.
