If you’re a stay-at-home mom or if you work from home while caring for your kids, then you know how important it is to get out of the house once in a while, especially during the winter months! Getting out is not only beneficial for your own mental well-being, but for your kids’, too.
I’ve found that having a plan to get out of the house each day by mid-morning with my twin toddlers, for an hour, or so guarantees a better afternoon nap and less pent-up energy. And this usually means fewer tantrums and less grumpiness in my family! (Not just talking about the kids here…)
