I'm a photographer momma who loves all things wedding and baby related. My husband was born and raised in Barre, and we relocated here after six years in the Boston area. Raising our three children (and dog!) in a rural area close to our families is very important to us, and we love living in Vermont! I have my own photography business, Ever After Photography , and I couldn't ask for a better career. I love pizza, Downton Abbey, and reading British chick lit. Give me coffee and chocolate and I'll be your best friend forever.

A Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star First Birthday Party

My First Love

“I Never” – Parenting Edition

Did you ever play that drinking game in college, "I Never"? No? Oh, me neither. But I've heard of it. :) Basically, someone states something they have never done, like "I never have gone skinny...

Motherhood: Just a Wrinkle in Time

2
Recently I was reminiscing on those first few months of motherhood with our first baby. How upside-down my world was turned, and how I had to rethink my whole identity and daily routine. It...

Why We “Elf”

0
It's funny that such a simple, rather benign thing as an elf doll has become such a phenomenon. I remember when I first heard about Elf on the Shelf, before I had my own children,...

The Upstairs Project – Part One (aka A Big Mess)

The hubs and I are no strangers to large renovation projects. Our first house was a tiny (900 square feet!) place just outside of Boston that needed overhauling from floors to roof. Originally we...

The Grocery School

1
I used to be fearless. I toted three young children to the grocery store by myself. One up front in the cart, one in the big part of the cart (yes, I am aware that...

Easy-Peasy DIY Halloween Costume: The White Cat
