We are so excited to host our Second Annual Little Yogis Play Date event! Evolution Prenatal and Family Yoga Center grew from the roots of Evolution Yoga. They are a studio dedicated to the well-being of pregnant mothers, couples, children and families. They believe that it takes a village to raise a family, and from pregnancy on, they hope you find comfort, friendship and physical and emotional wellness within their doors.
Now on to the details of the Play Date event!
Date: Saturday, September 12
Time: 9am-12pm (depending on the class you sign up for)
Location: Evolution Prenatal and Family Yoga Center
Cost: $5/child (adults are free)
We will have yoga classes for children ages 4 months to 11 years old. See the schedule below to make sure you sign up for the appropriate class.
9-9:25- Baby Yoga ages 4 months to slow crawling
9:30-9:55- New Explorers Yoga, agile crawlers – 18 months
10-10:25- Tots on the Move, ages 18 mo-2 1/2 yrs
10:30-10:55- Kids Creative Yoga, ages 2 1/2-5 yrs.
11-11:25- EvoKids, ages 5-7
11:30-11:55- YoGirls, ages 7-11
We will have yummy snacks from Feldman’s Bagels and Great Harvest Bread Company. We will also have goodies for each child to take home with them!
