{Disclaimer: We have partnered with Synergy HomeCare to bring you the following post. However, all opinions are our own!}
Moms are usually the last people to ask for help, and during the pregnancy and new mom days, we are often the ones who need it the most!
Take our contributor, Ashley, for instance. During her third trimester Ashley was put on restrictive duties. With a three year old and a full work schedule to manage, Ashley definitely needed some help! Thanks to family and friends meals were brought and help was given, but there are a lot of hours in a day; any pregnant mom with a threenager can attest to that!
That’s where pre and post natal care comes in. Upon hearing that Ashley was in need of help, the lovely folks at Synergy immediately offered their help!
Synergy HomeCare offers help to anyone caring for elderly family members, going through cancer treatment, recovering from surgery, pre and post natal care, and much more!
We sent a caregiver to Ashley’s home and here is what she thought!
“It was a pleasure working with Madigan and Synergy Homecare professionals. Madigan worked with me and my schedule to find a home care provider that would be the best fit for my needs. She was very respectful and friendly. Since I’m on restricted activity and can’t be on my feet for long periods, I wanted help with light housekeeping and food prep for the freezer. I selected the recipes and made sure to have the ingredients ready and the provider did the rest. At the end of the three hours, I had a batch of lactation cookies and four chicken dinners for the freezer! And my kitchen was cleaner when she left, then when she got there! She even had enough time to take the dog for a walk. I’d just be mindful of your time limitations. Three hours sounds like a long time, but goes quick! I’d definitely recommend their services.”
Here is a word from the Synergy HomeCare team:
“Caregiving is a skill that is honed and perfected over time. Just like your care plan will fit your needs, your caregiver will be matched to your condition and personality. Your caregiver will be respectful of your home, your dignity and will make sure that you are receiving exemplary service. To further protect your welfare, SYNERGY HomeCare requires that each caregiver submits to a national background check, and personal interviews prior to being hired. Each caregiver is required to complete comprehensive training before being sent into our client’s homes.
