If you haven’t been to visit Regal Gymnastics in their new Essex location lately then you should. My son thought their facility in Winooski was pretty incredible but it really is nothing compared to where they are now. To be honest, it’s a “you-name-it-they’ve-got-it” kind of thing.

- Fully Licensed pre-school
- Dance studio
- Workout facility
Who could ask for more? Well, I’ll give you some more and then some. Here goes:
- Open gym
- Kids Night Out
- Dance Classes (Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Breakdance)
- Gymnastics Classes (with nationally renowned coaches)
- Royal Tumble Bus
It’s amazing to say the least! So if you’re kid has more energy than you know what to do with, consider taking them to Royal Gymnastics and let the professionals teach them how to channel that energy into something fantastic.

We have been going to open gym at least once a week. We will probably go even more now that the weather is getting colder. It is an amazing facility!!
