23rd Annual South End Art Hop and Kid’s Hop

The South End Arts & Business Association is pleased to present the 23rd Annual South End Art Hop! The Art Hop brings thousands of residents, visitors, and the community together to celebrate the dynamic art and culture of Burlington, and create positive economic impacts in the South End. It has gained a reputation as being Vermont’s largest and best arts festival, and won a Seven Daysie as the Best Event/Festival. Last year over 30,000 visitors were able to experience and enjoy art exhibits, music, performance, comedy, sculpture, and fashion from over 500 participating artists at over 100 locations throughout Burlington’s South End Arts District.

Kid’s Hop will be held on Saturday, Sept. 12th, 2015 from 10 am – 2 pm. The event is presented by SEABA with the assistance of area organizations and Kid’s Hop volunteers. This years Kid’s Hop is sponsored by Healthy Living and KidsVT.

Hop along the South End Arts District to visit family-friendly venues featuring hands-on creativity, music and fun with KidsVT, Shelburne Craft School, VSA Vermont, ReSOURCE, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Nightmare VT / South Burlington Rotary, Burton, Burlington Electric Department, Aikido of Champlain Valley, COTS, and more! There will be food trucks, face painting, recycled art projects, painting, wood crafts, demonstrations by Aikido of Champlain Valley, and more.
