Everything we do here at BurlingtonVT Moms Blog is done by moms, and so whenever we can we LOVE supporting other moms who are entrepreneurs, which is how this event was born. The first event in Colchester was so popular that we thought this was the perfect FIRST event to take place in the Barre/Montpelier area. We have 10 amazing moms from 8 direct sales businesses setting up shop at The Quarry Kitchen & Spirits offering you each the chance to browse all of the products they have to offer, win prizes, earn free stuff by booking parties, and pick their brains about how you can also work from home (if this is something that interests you) in a non-pressure relaxed atmosphere. You’ll be able to get a jump start on your holiday shopping! While you are shopping you will be able to enjoy delicious snacks from the Quarry Kitchen, get a drink at the bar, and spend some kid-free time with other mamas.
The Quarry is the perfect space for this event and we are so excited that Melissa and Justin Pecor, owners, are partnering with us to bring you all this amazing night out. The Quarry is an ever growing and maturing eclectic blend of all that this area wants and needs. Traditional, contemporary, a little trendy and always friendly. They are known for a large portion for a reasonable price. Erika Thomas of LuLaRoe will be joining us for this event! LuLaRoe is a company that is all about blessing lives and providing comfortable, fashionable, and affordable clothes! Erika is a work at home mom and stays at home with her 1 year old baby boy Charlie! She started LuLaRoe just a couple of months ago after she fell in love with the clothes and the company. This business is allowing her to contribute to her family financially but mostly has given her the opportunity to meet the women in her community and she gets to help make them feel amazing in their clothes! This is something that she really takes pride in and is so thankful for!
