0

Our FIRST event in Barre, Mom’s Night Out: Cocktails and Shopping Event was such a HUGE success! We loved meeting new mamas and sharing a night filled with yummy food, drinks, lots of shopping and some fabulous giveaways!

Our Sponsor

First, a huge thank you to our presenting sponsor and host The Quarry Kitchen & Spirits!

The Quarry’s upstairs space was perfect for our event. With a second bar, lots of seating, and yummy food it would really be an amazing space for any event. The Quarry was awesome to work with and we are so thankful they greeted us with open arms for our first event in the area. They are doing some exciting things and looking to offer activities for everyone in the greater Barre area. If you haven’t been in there, you need to stop in!

Our Consultants!

We had some of the BEST local consultants at this event!

Pearl Sullivan of Athena’s Home NoveltiesKristin Sutton of BeautycounterMuna Cullivan of LuLaRoe, Erica Facteau of LuLaRoe, Erika Thomas of LuLaRoeLindsey Ray of Mary KayTaylor Goodchild of Pampered ChefLiza O’Brien of Rodan + FieldsKerri Oakes of Stella & Dot, and Melissa Pecor of Touchstone Crystal were just so much fun!

The deals they offered were amazing. It was wonderful to be in a room full of intelligent, savy and strong  business women. And the products! We had everything from clothing, jewelry, accessories, makeup, skin products, kitchenware, and sex toys. Even if you didn’t go to this event, we would highly recommend all 10 of these women and would encourage you to reach out to them to book your next party, place an order or to talk about how you can start your own business.

The Giveaways!

Everyone present at the event had the chance to win ELEVEN giveaways! These prizes were awesome and we had several happy mamas… one who even won TWO of the LuLaRoe prizes… what are the chances?!

When you are shopping local this holiday season we hope that you think about supporting local consultants who are women, friends and mamas just like you. Support them, their businesses and most importantly their families. We definitely recommend these ladies!

I became a Vermont transplant ten years ago after meeting and falling madly in love with my husband, Jason, a South Burlington native at the University of New Hampshire. My education and training are in social work and although I left that career behind (at least for now) after my first child was born in 2014 my passion continues to be children, families, and the desire to connect moms to one another through building community. Fast forward to the present and my days are filled with parenting and chasing after two amazing and bright children, Caroline and Augie, and one fur baby, Copper, while trying to keep our home having some semblance of order. I am also an elected member of our local School Board.
