The 3rd Annual Kids Adventure Games will be returning to Stowe, VT July 29th to the 31st.
The Kids Adventure Games features a kid-sized adventure race where teams of two will navigate a ’natural terrain’ inspired obstacle course. Kids can expect mountain biking, hiking, zip lines, a Tarzan rope swing, a giant Slip-n-Slide, river tubing, cargo nets, mud pits, and more.
This is a fun and confidence-building outdoor experience for kids ages 6-14, and a great day out for the whole family!
Plus CLIF Kid Z Bar will be sponsoring the Kids Adventure Games this summer, so kids will get the proper nutrition while they’re out to play.
Age Details: The age group is determined by the age of the oldest team mate. (a 7 year old and a 9 year old will race in the 8/9 category). However, if the ages of team mates span more than consecutive age groups (i.e. 6/7 & 10/11 year old) then that team will race on the day of the youngest racer in the Open category. They will be timed but no ranking/prizes will be awarded.
July 30th is the Long Course (Approximately 3.5 miles in length with 15 obstacles for ages 10 – 11 and ages 12 – 14)
July 31st is the Short Course (Approximately 3 miles in length with 12 obstacles) for ages 6 – 7, ages 8 – 9, and Open: ages of team mates span multiple days (i.e. 7 & 12 year old). No prizes will be awarded in this category.
Participants generally finish the course within 1 – 1.5 hours for all course lengths
Registration is still open and can be completed online!
