We could not have been any luckier with the weather at Sam Mazza’s Farm than we had a few weeks ago for our 5th Annual Family Fun Day! We LOVED spending the day with you and your families. The pictures below are only a few of those taken of the day, you can find a ton more in our Facebook album!
First, we need to give a huge thank you to our Co-Title Sponsors, who helped make this event possible!
Heartworks Preschools
For nearly 30 years, Heartworks has been a leader in preschool education in the greater Chittenden county community. The Heartworks Preschool programs provide a nurturing, differentiated learning environment to guide children to explore and express their innate passion for learning. Heartworks sees each child as a developing, unique individual and they provide a safe, joyful space for each child to grow to their best potential. Teachers differentiate instruction to meet the distinctive learning needs of each child and they guide children to recognize their unique potential, while maintaining a compassionate approach. Within small classes, teachers strive to model exemplary character and curiosity, spark each child’s interest in learning and help each child to be successful as they navigate the world.
VHEIP
The Vermont Higher Education Investment Plan (VHEIP) is the state-sponsored 529 college savings plan. The plan is administered by Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC), Vermont’s advocate for students in their pursuit of higher education. While your kids are small, think BIG! By opening a college savings account (starting with just $25), you’re creating opportunities for your child’s future. Students from families who save even small amounts for education are three times more likely to go on to complete college or other training after high school. It’s easy to get a college savings fund going, and with VHEIP, Vermont taxpayers get a Vermont state income tax credit on their annual contributions.
