Santa Parade & Holiday Tree Lighting
Santa makes a quick trip to the Marketplace during his busy season to help kick off the annual Holiday Parade on the Church Street Marketplace. The parade starts at Noon on City Hall Block and ends on the Mall Block, where children are invited to follow Santa into Burlington Town Center. Join us at 11:45AM on City Hall Block to be part of the parade. All children and those who are young-at-heart are welcome.
During the afternoon there will be miniature horse rides at the top of Church Street and live reindeer in front of Homeport,.
At 5:30PM there will be a classic stage production, “The Night Before Christmas,” performed by Bag O’ Chips Productions. Carolers will be on the Marketplace prior to the presentation singing holiday favorites. The show culminates with the illumination of over 100,000 lights on Church Street. Official lighting time is 6PM sharp!

Taylor’s 3rd Annual Giving Christmas Party
This is a Disney Frozen themed party! Anna and Elsa will be present to meet for a photo opp (they may even sing a few Frozen songs!). There will be live Christmas music. Santa and Mrs. Claus will of course be there to get your Christmas gift wishes as well as pictures by the Christmas tree! We will have a face-painter to paint festive designs on your faces! There will be some food, drinks and snacks.
Every guest/family must donate to one of the four following charities: The Georgia Food Shelf, The Franklin County Humane Society, Ciera Charbonneau-a 9 yr old suffering from rare Moyamoya and Zellweger Syndrome who has to undergo brain surgery at Boston’s Children’s Hospital, or Combat Veteran’s Motorcycle Association chapter 26-2.
Please add us this event to your holiday season-if a lot of people give a little, many can be helped.
