One of the things I love about having a little girl is getting to dress her up on occasion. I am a sucker for those cute outfits and adorable hair bows and headbands! When I found out I was pregnant with a little girl, I tried my hand at making a few myself. They turned out pretty well but they definitely didn’t look anything close to what Teresa creates!
Makayla’s Garden is a business run by a fellow local momma who started it as a side business after being inspired by her little girl, Makayla. Her facebook page is brimming with adorable bows, headbands, necklaces, and lace rompers. I just can’t get enough of the cuteness!

She also loves creating custom orders, so if you can dream it up she can make it! Or if you find yourself with an outfit that you just can’t find the perfect accessory for, email her a picture of it and she can create something to match!
Teresa graciously allowed me to try out one of her headbands on my little girl, Nora. She is just starting to get to the age where she things bows and headbands are pretty, so she will actually leave them on for more than 10 seconds 🙂 Unfortunately she is also at the age where it is extremely hard to get a picture of her sitting still so I did my best!
